A translucent glass-copilit volume rises from the historic structure, shining above the park's treetops as a symbolic lighthouse of culture.

The clear interior layout features a ground-floor café and foyer, exhibition spaces on the first floor, and a quiet library at the top.

An underground lecture hall opens directly onto an outdoor amphitheater designed for summer community events.

Rather than demolishing, we continue the historic building's story while revitalizing the surrounding site into a lush, inviting park.
