At the heart of the project lies an active sports and leisure hub, perfectly situated between the blocks for street hockey and social gatherings.

The new phase of this expanding residential zone is a car-free neighborhood connected to nature by a pedestrian and bike path along a local stream.

Four of the six buildings frame an elevated rooftop garden, providing a safe and intimate sanctuary for children to play and parents to relax.
