The cultural center in Kežmarok occupies the southern quadrant of an exposed site beyond the historic walls, respecting protected views of the UNESCO monument. The building breaks down into multiple volumes featuring a central enclosed atrium, responding to surrounding streets and churches.

The new large-format square accommodates over 1,000 concert visitors and doubles as an open public space for markets.
The revitalized Svetlonošky Park acts as a visual and acoustic buffer from the busy street, enhanced by new lighting installations.

The transparent ground floor is topped by upper volumes whose varied orientations and textures reflect the city's multicultural character.

A glazed ground floor with retail and elevated assembly halls activates the surrounding public space throughout the day.
The library faces the park and shares a welcoming entrance foyer with the cultural center, while technical spaces are grouped into central utility boxes.
The sustainable concept integrates green roofs, photovoltaics, rain gardens, a retention tank, and an efficient heat pump with ceiling cooling.
