Residential house Košice

We want to bring clear and understandable idea, bold urban vision and help the old overseen hotel to shine again. Two buildings are naturallyforming composition, respect existing urban principles and form urban hierarchy.

How to bring new city feel like quality into this complicated centrally located place?

By extending Palárikova Street, we create a vibrant pedestrian axis—a symbolic gateway to the historic center and a lively alternative to shopping malls. A network of public spaces and an active ground floor consolidate urban life, inviting people to slow down and enjoy local shops and amenities.

The design introduces a clear urban block layout with a distinct hierarchy of streets, courtyards, a park, and an intimate public square. We chose architectural restraint, lightness, and clean materials to soothe the surrounding visual noise and bring a harmonious atmosphere to the site.
