We designed a bold urban landmark in front of the station, bringing the exclusive feel of a seaside resort.

The cascading six-story curve generates premium corner terraces with absolute privacy and direct waterfront views.

The ground floor seamlessly activates the station area, creating both a vibrant transit plaza and a peaceful park.

The single-aspect building shields residents from street noise while guaranteeing panoramic lake views for every apartment.

We elevated the private courtyard above street level, transforming it into a hidden green oasis with a swimming pool.

The active ground floor is dedicated to diverse shops and services with high visibility from the main avenue.
Strategic volume scaling creates a local height landmark that architecturally balances the neighboring development.
