The underground floor, level with the water, naturally serves as the open day-area with the living room and kitchen. The first floor is fully dedicated to a playful and cozy zone for the children. The top floor belongs to the parents, featuring a generous terrace with gorgeous views of the blue lake.

Our budget-friendly weekend house proposal for a young couple maximizes the lakeside summer experience within a limited footprint. Due to strict footprint regulations, we kept the design compact and organized the entire house vertically.
