Our budget-friendly weekend house proposal for a young couple maximizes the lakeside summer experience within a limited footprint.

Due to strict footprint regulations, we kept the design compact and organized the entire house vertically.

The underground floor, level with the water, naturally serves as the open day-area with the living room and kitchen.

The first floor is fully dedicated to a playful and cozy zone for the children.

The top floor belongs to the parents, featuring a generous terrace with gorgeous views of the blue lake.
