How to design an authentic vietnamese bistro in a busy modern shopping mall? How to find the optimal ratio between design defining identity and decoration, roughness and mess, so typical for vietnamese streetfood? The line was the answer and indentity! Line means border. Border between strong design and the rest, which we just left... we let it be, it is empty, rough for owners and their own creativity. From the ground to the border, there is nothing but authentic food. Genuine taste and smell of perfect streetfood. We created monochrome zone where nothing else but food exists. No other color than red, just perfect vietnamese meal! Enjoy.
